Using the Documaker Access Keys
You can use Word access keys (also known as Key Tips) to quickly open a Documaker dialog or pane by pressing a few keystrokes.
To use the Documaker access keys
- Press and release the Alt key.
- Press D to select the Documaker tab and display the Documaker access keys.
The Documaker access keys are displayed over each toolbar item.
- Press the access key letter for the feature that you want to use. For example, to display the Edit dialog, press E.

To display Document Properties, press P and then T. |
- To cancel the action and hide the KeyTips, press and release the Alt key.

Alt-D-I again to close Fields task pane |

To open validate task pane run validation as Alt-D-V |
|
●
|
To close validation task pane: F6, ctrl+space, select close from the Word wide dialog (left top corner), but say No to Close document dialog (there always will be the confirmation dialog, because after validation the document is modified) |
